As well as being a Partner, David is head of the Clinical Negligence team. A member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel, David acts as an assessor on their behalf and is the only Panel assessor in the North East. He is also a panel member of AVMA, The Spinal Injuries Association and Headway. This reflects the many years of experience that David has in handling the most complex and substantial of cases.

David is also fluent in French and is the Belgian Consul in Newcastle upon Tyne.
