FEEDBACK FROM EXISTING EMPLOYER CLIENTS

ON MANAGING DISMISSALS:

“Neil is very understanding of commercial situations and provides clear advice to suit the needs of our business”.

“Neil will help and advise you through problems with a care on how much it is costing the client”.

"Neil provides great and expert advice. He gives his own opinion, which is what you need rather than some solicitors who give you text book advice. He is a fantastic person who listens well and is strong on strategy."

ON CONDUCTING A TRIBUNAL CASE TO A HEARING:

Case A: “Thank you very much for doing such a superb job for us”.

Case B: “Your level of support throughout this difficult dismissal has been excellent. You successfully steered us through the challenging balancing act between professionalism and pragmatism and our win on Friday was not just a ‘victory of the day’ but a success that was really down to months of hard work and professional guidance. We really do appreciate what you have achieved for us.

Personally I would particularly like to compliment you on the work you did for the team pre-tribunal. I know that sitting on the witness stand is a tough call and both X and Y clearly had the right amount of professional help and support to ensure they were as comfortable as they could be with the process. Thank you”.

Case C: "The process was made all the more comfortable not only by your expert knowledge and guidance but also by your personality and approach which relaxed us all into the mindset and process."

"Notwithstanding the excellent result yesterday, your style is spot-on. You always very clearly and succinctly put the issues and risks into understandable language and were always pro-active in updating us on progress."

ON MANAGING BUSINESS REORGANISATIONS:

“Neil approaches issues in a very commercial manner. He interprets the legalities into workable, practical solutions”.

“Neil has an ability to discuss legal matters in a no-nonsense down to earth manner at all levels in the organisation”.

“Neil gives good sound advice in terms understandable to people outside of the legal profession (i.e. No ‘Legal Jargon’)”
