As well as being a Partner, David is head of the Clinical Negligence team. A member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme, David acts as an assessor on their behalf and is the only Panel assessor in the North East. He is also a panel member of AVMA, The Spinal Injuries Association, United Kingdom acquired Brain Injury panel and Headway. This reflects the many years of experience that David has in handling the most complex and substantial of cases. He is named as a “Leading individual” in his field in Chambers Guide, an independently researched guide to the legal profession.
David is also fluent in French and is the Belgian Consul in Newcastle upon Tyne.
