David is an experienced Court and Police station Duty Solicitor as well as being a Higher Rights Advocate. He has wide-ranging experience and expertise in representing clients who face road traffic allegations throughout the North East area. In particular, he successfully assists clients who find themselves facing disqualification but wanting to keep their licences.
David is the main advocate for the firm for cases appearing before Newcastle City Magistrates Court. In addition, he has extensive experience in field of youth justice. He is a member of the Law Society Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme.
