Martin’s specialist work and experience includes wide ranging involvement in commercial litigation including contractual disputes, insolvency related matters, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, construction and intellectual property.
Martin is an accredited mediator and has undertaken a number of mediations regarding commercial disputes. He also has experience of advising a variety of charitable organisations and is chairman of the Evening Chronicle Sunshine Fund.
