Neil leads the Employment / HR team, with over 20 years’ experience in this area. He acts for a wide range of employer clients from small businesses to large national concerns. Neil is known for his ability to get to know his clients’ businesses, to anticipate their problems and provide effective, down to earth and practical solutions. He is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Neil is named as a “Leading individual” in this area of law in independently researched guides to the legal profession.
