Nicola is a Partner and head of the Family unit at our Newcastle office. With over 10 years experience she has expertise in family law, particularly high value & complex divorce cases. Nicola is a member of the law society family accreditation scheme, qualified in collaborative law and Chairperson for the North East Region of RESOLUTION, an association of specialist family lawyers who adopt a firm yet conciliatory approach to family cases.
She also acts for a wide variety of clients, specialising in providing comprehensive advice on powers of attorney, deputyship, Court of Protection and elderly client matters within our Wills, Trusts & Tax Planning team.
