Richard has over 30 years of commercial property experience. He regularly acts for developers of commercial and residential property, negotiates options, conditional contracts, overage arrangements, joint venture and forward sale agreements. He also acts for a wide range of investors in real estate, commercial property, negotiating agreements for lease, leases, surrenders and similar arrangements.
He is regularly instructed by a variety of commercial lenders, providing finance to developers and investors in commercial property and has expertise in negotiating Government grant agreements on behalf of housebuilders.
Richard has given seminars to the property industry on a range of topics.
