Sarah is an Associate Solicitor in the Employment team and deals with all aspects of employment law.

She works predominantly for employers, although she does have experience of representing high-level employees and directors at Tribunal and her experience includes conducting her own advocacy. Sarah has successfully obtained injunctions on behalf of employers to prevent their former employees breaching their terms & conditions of employment, namely misusing confidential information.

Sarah provides guidance and advice on a large variety of Human Resource matters. She regularly drafts employment contracts and policies and provides invaluable day-to-day HR assistance to the firm’s clients. Sarah also assists the firm’s company commercial team, advising in respect of business acquisitions and disposals.

Sarah is named as a “Leading individual” in her field in Chambers Guide, an independently researched guide to the legal profession.
