As a partner, with over 10 years employment law experience, Sarah deals with all aspects of employment law advice.
Sarah acts almost exclusively for employers, although she does also represent a small number of high value employees/directors. Sarah has a substantial number of clients who contact her on a weekly basis and she works closely with directors / HR managers providing support and practical advice on all HR matters.
Sarah leads the team’s HR corporate support work in relation to commercial projects and transactions. This involves guiding clients through the information and consultation process and advising in relation to incoming and outgoing directors /consultants, due diligence, indemnities and warranties and providing vital HR guidance post completion. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Sarah is named as a “Leading individual” in her field in Chambers Guide, an independently researched guide to the legal profession.
