Emerging from lockdown: how we can help

We appreciate that many businesses are going through very challenging times at the moment and, to support employers through the next stage of the pandemic, we are able to advise on all employment matters including:

  • Redundancies and reorganisations
  • Changing terms & conditions
  • Furlough leave, including part time working and annual leave
  • Returning to work from furlough, including consultation with staff and dealing with employees who are reluctant or refusing to return
  • Dealing with staff who are ‘vulnerable’ and shielding or who need support due to their personal circumstances with particular regard to discrimination law
  • Flexible working requests and flexible ways of working, including, staggered shifts and home working
  • Dealing with health and safety complaints, including grievances and “whistleblowing” complaints
  • Absence Management and steps that should be taken to help employees with their mental health



Training line managers is of course key to a successful outcome (and avoiding claims!) and we can provide training remotely to your managers.

After that, we can offer fixed fees and discounted fees for training. To spread the cost, we also offer monthly retainers for ongoing and comprehensive advice.
