The Job Support Scheme and managing employment issues post lockdown

Following the Chancellor’s latest announcement, our next employment webinar, taking place between 12.30pm – 1.30pm on Thursday 15th October will be covering the Job Support Scheme, as well as how to proactively manage a number of post lockdown employment issues (while avoiding Tribunal claims!) including:

  • Managing remote working
  • Flexible working
  • Supporting well-being
  • Sickness absence
  • Difficult employees, including the ‘reluctant returner’
  • Changes to policies and procedures
  • Redundancies and changing terms
