As of 6th April 2019, the right to itemised payslips will be extended to all workers who will be able to enforce this right at an employment tribunal. Also, payslips will need to itemise the number of hours paid for where a worker is paid on an hourly rate basis.
More workers rights next year!
With effect from April 2020, the right to a written statement of ‘employment’ terms will be extended to all workers. Currently just employees are entitled to a written statement of employment terms.
