Transaction work and TUPE

We work alongside our corporate team and regularly advise on the employment law aspects of business acquisitions and disposals, including where relevant, TUPE.
We manage the full scope of employment related transactional work, including due diligence, drafting employment provisions, calculating employment related liabilities, and advising on benefits, incentives and bonus arrangements. We also work with businesses to successfully navigate the post transactional period, including standardising employment contracts and managing redundancies, restructurings and dismissals.
