A typical conveyancing transaction (sale or purchase) takes on average 8 to 12 weeks to complete. The time taken is dependent on a number of factors, many of which are not in our control, such as obtaining search results, arranging the survey and/or mortgage and the pace of the other parties involved in the transaction.
