Because the people you work with matter as much as the work you do.
At Hay & Kilner, our culture is built on three core values. They’re not just words on a page, they’re how we work with each other and with our clients every single day.
See our current vacancies below.
We lead with empathy because people come first
Being supportive means creating an environment where everyone feels safe, respected and valued. It shows up in how we collaborate, mentor, check in on each other and make time for wellbeing.
It also defines how we work with our clients: with care, trust and advice that’s tailored to their needs.
Because agility and ambition drive better outcomes
The world doesn’t stand still, and neither do we. We embrace new ideas, are always learning and finding smarter ways to work – both for our clients and for ourselves.
We encourage curiosity, proactivity and ambition at every level of the firm.
Because ‘good enough’ never is
We don’t do average. Whether it’s delivering outstanding work or helping each other grow, we take pride in doing things the right way – and going the extra mile.
We celebrate excellence, recognise great work and hold ourselves to the highest standards.
