The Employment Rights Act will have a significant impact on workplace culture and it’s essential that employers are taking proactive steps to prepare. Our next H&K People & Culture Forum, Shaping culture in an era of employment rights reform, will take place at The Lumen from 4.30pm on Thursday 5th March, and we’d be delighted for you to join us.

This session provides an opportunity to connect and share ideas with other senior People & Culture professionals and business leaders, and our roundtable discussions will include:

  • Recruitment and onboarding in light of changes to unfair dismissal rights
  • The impact on probationary periods and managing capability
  • The cultural and practical implications of increased claims and complaints
  • Absence management and wellbeing in a day-one rights environment
  • The role of People & Culture teams in leading cultural change and empowering managers

Please let us know if you are able to attend and we’ll make sure your place is confirmed.

In the meantime, feel free to get in touch with Sarah, Sarah, Tom or Inna if you have any employment law enquiries. And if you’re not already a member, you’re very welcome to join our H&K People & Culture Forum group on LinkedIn

We look forward to seeing you there!
