A Partner from a leading North East law firm has had her expertise in Clinical Negligence claims acknowledged with a successful appointment to the Solicitors Regulation Authority Accreditation panel.

Clare Thompson, a Partner at Hay & Kilner Solicitors, joins David Bradshaw, Partner in the Clinical Negligence team, as an accredited member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Clinical Negligence panel. This appointment is  in recognition of Clare’s many years experience in handling the most complex and substantial clinical negligence cases.

Speaking of her achievement, Clare said:
‘I have specialised in clinical negligence claims for over ten years and I am delighted to have been accepted by the accreditation scheme in recognition of my high level of service and expertise in this area’.

Clare’s endorsement further strengthens the team which is rated in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession and The Legal 500 Guide as one of the region’s leading Clinical Negligence practices. Hay & Kilner is one of the few firms in the area to hold a clinical negligence franchise with a team of individuals who collectively have over 40 years experience in handling high-value, complex claims.

David Bradshaw, partner in Hay & Kilner’s clinical negligence team commented:

“Clare has worked hard to gain her panel accreditation. Client feedback confirms that our knowledge and expertise make the whole process less painful and improve our clients’ chances of succeeding in their claim.”
