Newcastle law firm Hay & Kilner has expanded its corporate and commercial team with the appointment of solicitor Ben Jackson, reflecting the progress the firm continues to make and its appetite for future growth.
Ben successfully completed his training at the firm, having gained valuable experience in the firm’s corporate and commercial team. Ben will assist the team on a wide range of projects including business and share acquisitions and disposals, corporate refinancing, management buy-outs and employee share option schemes as well as a full range of commercial agreement work.
