Despite tough competition from other law firms across the UK and Ireland, the full service law firm collected the LawNet Mark of Excellence Award in recognition of its commitment to delivering an excellent level of service.
Hay & Kilner received the award, having posted the most impressive combined performance across mystery shopping and online client satisfaction measurement.
