Hay & Kilner shortlisted in Law firm of the Year category at 2023 Insider North East Dealmaker Awards

Hay & Kilner's Corporate Team has capped off an impressive 12 months by being shortlisted for a prestigious regional award.

They have been shortlisted in the Corporate Law Firm of the Year category at the 2023 Insider Dealmaker Awards.

The Awards recognise the region’s leading corporate financiers, accountants, bankers, funders, lawyers and M&A professionals for the high-quality services they provide and the impact they have on the strength of the regional economy.

Hay Kilner’s Corporate Team has advised on a range of transactions across different sectors and size of business, including the £9.3m acquisition of Gosforth Shopping Centre by regional real estate firm Monument Real Estate.

It also worked on the sale of specialist engineering firm EASL to global lifecycle management services provider Kinectrics Inc, and the acquisition of specialist marine manufacturers Solar Solve by Rivertrace Limited.

The winners of the 2023 North East Business Insider Dealmakers Awards will be announced at a gala dinner at the Hilton NewcastleGateshead on 28th September.
