Client Onboarding Administrator

  • Specialisation: N/A
  • Location: Newcastle Office

We are currently recruiting for a client onboarding administrator role.  This person will report into the compliance team and be responsible for:

  • Opening new matters on our practice management software
  • Inputting new client data
  • Processing client compliance procedures

The following skills and experience are relevant:

  • Experience in dealing with a range of individuals, ideally in a law firm setting
  • Encouraged to ask questions and propose solutions
  • Desire to develop and grow in an onboarding role
  • Ability to take ownership of the queries they receive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • A willingness to challenge and be challenged
