Jessica Cousin

Jessica is a solicitor with 5+ years of experience in within the banking and finance industry and is now working in our corporate team specialising in commercial contracts.

Experience

• five years as a negotiator and three years as a project and team leader in an outsourcing company with a Tier 1 Bank client.
• Specialising in commercial contracts relating to derivatives, financing and other professional agreements
• Subject matter expert for NDAs and financing agreements relating to hedge funds.
• Managing multiple BAU matters

Outside of the office

Jessica enjoys taking part in a variety of sporting activities including CrossFit competitions and charity races such as Total Warrior. She is also a talented musician and has assisted with the composition of songs for various artists and has even performed at the O2 Academy in Newcastle.
