Rosie Lovett

Rosie specialises in matters relating to contentious trusts and probate. She is currently studying the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists course in her free time to obtain a recognised qualification in this specialty.

She is supported by our Private Client Team on a wide range of non-contentious issues including probate, administration, tax and estate planning.

Experience
Acting on behalf of beneficiaries/personal representatives/trustees in matters including:

• Will disputes
• The Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975
• Disputes between executors/administrators/trustees and beneficiaries

Outside of the office
Rosie enjoys being creative with wool and textiles.
