Rosie specialises in matters relating to contentious trusts and probate. She is currently studying the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists course in her free time to obtain a recognised qualification in this specialty.

She is supported by our Private Client Team on a wide range of non-contentious issues including probate, administration, tax and estate planning.

  • The Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975
  • Disputes between executors/administrators/trustees and beneficiaries
