Tom qualified as a Solicitor in September 2018 having spent 12 months of his training contract with the Employment Team. He adds his support to a large number of cases, which the team undertakes.
Tom advises employer clients on a variety of matters including dismissals, tribunal claims, discrimination, post-termination restrictions/disputes and employment documentation. He also assists the corporate team on business acquisitions and disposals, and is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Following a successful Tribunal defence, one client commented that “Tom should be highly praised for a job well done”. During a recent mediation, the mediator commended Tom for his “invaluable” input.
