Deeds of Variation

On the death of a person their assets will pass in accordance with their Will or under the Intestacy rules. In certain circumstances you can change how the assets pass by signing a Deed of Variation. We can advise on whether this will be possible, the tax implications and prepare the necessary paperwork.
