HR Key Plus

For clients who need more support
This service is offered to clients at a fixed cost and provides, in addition to what our HR Key service provides, an agreed amount of drafting work and an agreed number of meetings and training sessions per annum. Optional insurance protection against employment tribunal claims is also available. Usually clients sign up for 12 months but shorter periods can be agreed for clients who need temporary assistance i.e. to cover leaves of absence.
Once you have subscribed to HR Key Plus you will receive in addition to the agreed amount of drafting work and agreed number of meetings and training sessions per annum:
You will be given unlimited telephone advice line and you will have a named advisor to provide you with one to one advice whenever there’s a problem. We pride ourselves on getting to know your business and providing a practical solution which works for you.
Unfortunately some claims are unavoidable and as part of our service we would defend Tribunal claims on your behalf if you took out the optional insurance cover. Our fees and Tribunal awards would be covered by the insurance policy. The policy provides generous cover of up to £100,000 per claim and up to £500,000 per year.
Employment law changes quickly, so it’s easy to get left behind, or worse – caught out! We will review your standard employment contracts and staff handbook once a year and make the necessary changes.
You will be able to access over 100 HR documents via our website using your personal log in. These include, for example, the documents you would need to use during a disciplinary or grievance process, or when following a flexible working procedure.
You will receive regular e-bulletins and invitations to our bi-annual employment seminars. These will keep you up to date and reinforce our “prevention is better than a cure” ethos.
