Reducing risk in the HR environment

HR Showcase is our dedicated training service available to all sizes and types of employers. The service has been designed by our employment team, based on the needs of our clients. It provides practical guidance for making stronger decisions and helps to minimise the risks inherent in managing a workforce and is offered on a fixed fee basis.

Flexible learning

We aim to make the learning process interesting, appropriate and practical. We offer a range of different training styles including seminars with interactive scenario based role plays, covering all HR related topics for groups of managers and for personal individual development.

Some of our popular sessions include:

  • dealing with disciplinary procedures;
  • managing grievance issues;
  • equal opportunities;
  • performance management; and
  • sickness absence management.

As a result of our training you can feel confident that you and your managers are up to speed with any particular employment situation.

Bespoke training

Our service is developed within your parameters in terms of your goals, budgets and time constraints. We will tailor each session to meet your requirements.
