We have vast experience of defending Employment Tribunal claims on behalf of employers. We pro-actively manage claims and this often leads to claims either being withdrawn or settled on a commercial basis if required by our clients.  All members of the team carry out their own advocacy at Employment Tribunals across the UK and we deal with all employment tribunal claims including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, TUPE claims and whistleblowing claims.

We can conduct claims on a pre-agreed, fixed fee basis. This means you can budget for your legal costs, safe in the knowledge that your bill will not increase no matter how complex the claim turns out to be.

We can:

  • Prepare and submit the ET3 Response and Grounds of Resistance;
  • Prepare all necessary documentation and representation for a preliminary hearing;.
  • Comply with all directions set by the employment tribunal;
  • Make and respond to appropriate applications during the process;
  • Compile and finalise the bundle of documents to be used as evidence by the tribunal;
  • Speak with witnesses for the business, draft all statements and exchange them with the employee/their representative;
  • Continue to progress settlement discussions if required via ACAS and the employee/their representative; and
  • Prepare for the full hearing of the issues.
