We have vast experience of defending Employment Tribunal claims on behalf of employers. We pro-actively manage claims and this often leads to claims either being withdrawn or settled on a commercial basis if required by our clients. All members of the team carry out their own advocacy at Employment Tribunals across the UK and we deal with all employment tribunal claims including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, TUPE claims and whistleblowing claims.
