Tom provides advice in relation to a wide range of Private Client related matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning and Court of Protection matters.

Tom regularly acts on behalf of High Net Worth Estates and also provides advice in relation to Deputyships, Statutory Wills and Court of Protection matters.

Outside of the office
Tom is a Bolton Wanderers fan, following them back up to the Premier League (he hopes!). He is teaching himself piano as a way to relax following an inevitable loss by Bolton Wanderers at the weekend.

Tom qualified as a solicitor in 2019.

Instructed Hay & Kilner to do Wills, LPAs and Tenancy severance as we are already using them for our parents’ estate. The process was very smooth and we were given a first class service.
