Hay & Kilner shortlisted at the North East Dealmakers Awards 2026

Hay & Kilner's Corporate Team has been shortlisted in 3 categories at the Insider North East Dealmakers Awards 2026, recognising another successful year advising businesses, investors and management teams on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments and corporate transactions across the North East.

The firm has been named a finalist for Corporate Law Firm of the Year, while Partner Mark Adams has been shortlisted for Corporate Lawyer of the Year.

The Team has also been recognised for advising on the sale of Clear Flow Water Treatment to Obsequio Group Ltd in the Deal of the Year (sub £5m) category.

The annual North East Dealmakers Awards celebrate excellence across the region's corporate finance sector, recognising the lawyers, accountants, banks, funders and advisers behind the North East's most significant business acquisitions, investments and corporate deals.
