Experience
Jacob has experience in a broad range of commercial property matters including:
- Negotiating and drafting leases and ancillary documents for both landlords and tenants
- Providing close support in the acquisition and disposal of commercial land for property owners, developers and investors
- Assisting in a variety of property finance work, including secured lending and refinancing
Outside the office
Jacob enjoys going to the gym and spending the weekend hiking in the Lake District with his friends.
