Courtney assists all members of the clinical negligence and personal injury team across a variety of cases. She joined us as a Paralegal in March 2023 having graduated from Northumbria University with a First Class Masters in Law. Courtney also sits on the firms Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.

Experience

  • Courtney has a range of experience assisting all members of the team with all types of cases including: orthopaedic, delay in diagnosis, surgical negligence, brain injury, accident & emergency and fatal claims.
  • She helps to assess the merits of potential claims and advises on the fundamental principles of clinical negligence.

  • First Class Honours Masters Degree in Law
  • Rutherford Academic Excellence Scholarship

Outside of the office
Courtney enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going to the gym, reading and hiking in the Lake District.
