Emma has joined our growing rural property department. She brings extensive experience in residential property sales and purchases, auction sales, and commercial property transactions, including land sales.
Emma brings extensive experience in residential property sales and purchases for private individuals, companies and farming families. Emma graduated with a First Class Master of Law Degree and LPC from Northumbria University in 2020.
Experience
- Acting in the sale and purchase of rural land and property, rural estates and residential property for private individuals and companies
- Acting in auction sales
- Advising on easements, wayleaves and rights of access and utility services
- Advising on complex first registration applications and title issues
Outside of the office
Emma enjoys pilates, braving a cold sea dip, and travelling the world as much as possible.
Emma qualified in 2023.
